-How do I view the documents I am suppose to submit?
First, log into ePPAP with your login and password. You then must select a part (number) on the home page. Once the part number is selected, you will be able to view the list of element that require completion. For each element, you can click the “details” link to see the documents you have to submit.

-How does the status color of each element change?
Once you have successfully uploaded your document, the status will change to yellow for “Pending” approval. The Faurecia ASQ responsible for your part will review your submission and either approve or reject it. You will receive an e-mail notification from Faurecia once it is reviewed. You will need to have all the documents for a specific element approved in order to have status changed to green in the “Element List” page.

-How do I submit my documentation?
Select a part (number) and click on “View detail” in the element list page. You will see a dropdown list of required documents, select the document you want to upload. You can add comments (optional). Just click the browse button to select 1 document and then click “attach document”.
DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL YOU SEE YOUR DOCUMENT SUCCESSFULLY ADDED INTO THE PART NUMBER LIST BELOW.
Keep in mind that the bigger the document, the longer it will take to upload it.

-How do I get an access for somebody else in my company?
Contact your Faurecia ASQ and request an access.

-How do I add, update my Open Issue?
Go over Open Issue, then click the browse button to select the Open Issue document you want to upload and then click “Attach document”
